全名為Overseas Student Health Cover 海外留學生健康保險，是澳洲政府強制就讀3個月以上的國際生必須要投保的醫療險，提供國際生在澳洲公立醫院的基本的醫療費用。澳洲政府核准的保險機構有Australian Health Management、Allianz、BUPA Australia、Medibank Private、NIB，可以選擇其中一家業者投保。
